Last week you were the first half of my conversation with Lisa O'Brien, where she is presenting the

non-perspective of the case. In episode 5.27 she's began to lay out the points that she believes proves

the guilt of Damien Eccles, Jason Baldwin and Jesse Miskelli. This week we will conclude her

interview with Park 2 of my conversation with Lisa O'Brien.

But what if he's innocent of these murders and he's a liar? You know what I mean? These are all

potentials out there. I mean I and maybe I'm wrong and I won't put words in your mouth but I think

that that most people that are really looking into this case have to have to at least consider

the fact that we don't know 100% either way if they did it or didn't. I don't know 100% that they're

innocent and I don't feel like you maybe you do think you you know 100% that they're guilty. I

mean Scott Ellington's assistant when I was in his office told me this is you know what's crazy

is that 25 years later this is still an unsolved case and that's coming out of Ellington's office so

I think there's there's a lot of doubt. The thing is first of all 100% certainty is never possible. I

agree. In anything that we do. I agree. As far as what Ellington's employee says it's not unsolved.

The Alfred police they are convicted. That's not a little minor detail that's insignificant.

They it's not unsolved. It's solved. They are guilty. According to the Alfred police the only

difference is that they didn't have to altitude in the hearing and they can say that they're innocent.

Well and that was they also acknowledged that there was sufficient evidence to convict them

if they were tried again. Now I've heard people say that and that is typically the

verbiage in and output plea and I'm not I'm not trying to trip you up because honestly I don't
