It’s that time of year – time for the 4th annual nutrition challenge! If you haven’t heard of it before, in October, it will be time for the 800 gram challenge. It’s a nutrition challenge that doesn’t involve perfection or restriction – you can eat whatever you normally eat. All you have to do is add 800 grams of fruits and vegetables to your diet each day.
