Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth and Justice. This is your Friday

follow up episode for episode number 514 where we discussed the events of the

day of May 10th 1993 into the investigation into Damian Eccles. Yeah May 10th was a

busy day and we've got a busy week so let's go ahead and get started.

Taking a look at social media listener Josh Combs has a couple good points here

for us to discuss. He writes, Bob stays in the episode he believes at least by

the later part of the day that Damian was scared. Get the defense most use for

Damian's statements is that he was being defiant or quote messing with the cops.

Well I suppose the two thoughts aren't mutually exclusive. I think Damian's

behavior prior to and certainly during the trial did not seem to be that of

someone who was scared. He's actually got a lot here so let's discuss these

point by point. What do you think of that? Well you have to understand that when

you say the defense used Damian's some of his statements as messing with the

cops that the art of editing in the documentaries kind of gives you that

impression somewhat. I mean and I'll be honest I haven't read all of the

trial transcripts yet from Damian. I've started going through them. I think

that there were times when he was messing with the cops. Damian was a cocky

kid. I mean you could see that when you get to see the video of him in the

documentaries he was just a punk cocky kid and I don't think that Damian ever

thought that this would happen and I say that not because I know Damian really
