am delighted to say that Dame Kelly Holmes sat down with me and talked about her journey

to coming out in the media. Are you may be aware that she came out just a week ago and her documentary

about deciding to come out, why now what had held her back in the past.

All of these things went out last night on I TV and before they aired, whilst they were

still recording it, I was lucky enough to be invited down to have this conversation with her that I'm going to share with you today.

I think she's brilliant, I think she's got a lot of really interesting things to say, and I'm really excited to share this with you.
