| 0:00.0 | Hey, it is Shelby and CJ here. |
| 0:07.8 | Thank you for joining us day after day as we walk through God's Word together. |
| 0:12.1 | We're in the book of Nehemiah, chapters 7 through 9. |
| 0:15.8 | And Nehemiah is still rebuilding despite opposition. |
| 0:20.8 | What else is happening in the story as we pick up today, C.J.? Yeah, so Nehemiah 7 through 9, there's a lot that happens here. That's our favorite phrase on this podcast, and you just used it. A lot that happens in these chapters. Yeah, a lot going on in these chapters. So at the beginning of Nehemiah 7, Nehemiah puts a few people in charge, and he finds that list of the people who |

| 1:22.2 | during their wilderness wanderings and their sojourn. |
| 1:24.6 | And we learned about that in Leviticus 23. |
| 1:26.8 | So in this case, we're reminded |
| 1:28.4 | of the biblical themes of Exodus and God's faithfulness in the wilderness and how he's always |
| 1:34.4 | sustaining and upholding his people, which is obviously it's a perfect time to commemorate that |
| 1:38.6 | and reinstitute that sort of feast at this time, right? Yeah, it absolutely is. Okay, so what |
