0:33.0	episode of a year in the Bible. I'm Beth, and I am here with my co-host, Alexa. Alexa. Hey everyone. Today we will continue our conversation about Genesis 2, 8 through 9 on Revelation 22, 1 through 3.
0:43.8	We will see how Christ is the connection between these passages that come at the very beginning and the very end of Scripture.
0:50.2	So Beth, can you help us to see that Christ's connection?
0:53.4	Hi. So I think the best place to start when we're looking at this Christ connection is by looking at the parallels in these passages.
1:00.6	So in the study, we were first asked to also read Revelation 21, 1 through 7.
1:05.5	So maybe Alexa, could you read that passage for us as well to give us some more context?
1:10.2	Then I saw a new heaven and a new
1:12.1	earth for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away and the sea was no more. I also saw
1:17.5	the holy city, the new Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride adorned for
1:23.2	her husband. Then I heard a loud voice from the throne, Look, God's dwelling is with humanity and
1:28.7	He will live with them. They will be his peoples and God will himself will be with them and will be their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more. Grief, crying, and pain will be no more. Because the previous things have passed away. Then the one seated on the throne said,
1:45.1	Look, I am making everything new. He also said, right, because these words are faithful and true.
1:51.3	Then he said to me, it is done. I am the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end. I both
1:56.5	freely give to the thirsty from the spring of the water of life. The one who conquers will inherit these
