0:36.9	We are excited to go a bit deeper into
0:38.8	Micah Phi II, which we annotated yesterday. Beth, can you tell us a bit more about this passage,
0:44.0	particularly where it fits in the overall story of the Bible? Yes, for sure. So Micah is another one
0:49.9	of the prophetic books. And before we get into the context of this passage specifically,
0:54.7	I thought I would share just a fun fact about the prophets. So the book of Micah is considered a minor prophet.
1:00.7	And throughout the study, we've also looked at other minor prophets like Judah, Amos, Josea,
1:06.2	and these are also called minor prophets, along with several other Old Testament books.
1:11.3	Now, they're only called minor because they are short books, not because their message is insignificant.
1:17.3	In fact, a good amount of prophecies about Jesus actually come from the minor prophets in
1:22.1	the Old Testament, including this one.
1:24.6	And so we're actually going to be reading passages from the rest of the minor
1:28.2	prophets for the rest of this study throughout the year. And so I just thought that would be
