0:38.7	joined by some of our wonderful members of our content team while Beth has been away on maternity leave.
0:44.1	And while I'm just super grateful for those friends joining us, I'm really excited because today
0:49.6	is the day that Beth is back with us. So Beth, welcome back to the podcast. Hello, everyone. I am so
0:56.5	excited to be back. I've really missed. I've missed everything about this job while I was gone,
1:01.5	but I especially missed getting to talk through the study every single week with you and with all
1:06.6	of our friends who are listening. And so I am so excited to jump back in today. I'm so glad to have you
1:11.3	back with us exploring Christ's all scripture together. This week we are going to be discussing
1:17.0	Isaiah 7, 10, through 14 and Matthew 1 in 21 through 23. And we're going to learn that Jesus is our
1:23.7	long-awaited king who enables us to have a relationship with God. So we're going to begin
1:28.7	by talking about the annotation day on Isaiah 7, 10th, and 14. So Beth, could you read that for us?
1:34.0	Yeah. Then the Lord spoke again to Ahaz. Ask for a sign from the Lord your God. It can be as deep as
1:40.2	sheel or as high as heaven. But Ahaz replied, I will not ask, I will not test the Lord.
1:45.4	Isaiah said, listen, House of David, is it not enough for you to try the patience of men?
