This year we want to spend a few minutes with you every day walking through our study Christ and all of Scripture.

0:09.0

Each week we will dive deeply into two passages of Scripture, one from the Old Testament and one from the New,

0:15.0

seeing how they connect and point to Jesus.

Whether you are doing the study yourself or just following along with us here, we are hopeful

0:22.0

that through studying these passages each week, you will see how Christ is not only present

0:26.6

1:17.7

your heart, soul, and strength, and how that was a second chance that God was giving

1:22.6

his people, like a reenactment of Eden. But the thing is, is that even after the second generation goes into

1:30.5

the promised land and are asked to devote themselves solely to God, they still fail. Every human that

1:36.7

came before them failed, and every human that comes after them fails to keep this one central

1:41.6

commandment of gods, to love him with our whole being.

1:46.8

Every human, that is, except Jesus.
