Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth and Justice. In last week's episode we learned how the

Texas Forensic Science Commission came to be involved in George Powell's case. We now know that

the end result of their evaluation was that the photogrammetry report and testimony of Michael

Knox did not meet the commission's standard for what we call good science. What we're going to

learn about today is how they came to that conclusion. In the second half of today's episode,

we're going to hear directly from Mr. Grant Fredericks. Fredericks is the man that was contracted by

the Texas Forensic Science Commission to evaluate and analyze Knox's testimony and report

as well as the second expert that was hired by tomorrow Parsons and George's family.

And then lastly he was tasked with doing his own analysis of the video evidence in George's case

so that he, a true professional and expert in his field, could present the commission with an

accurate findings of the minimum and maximum height of the suspect who actually robbed the 7-11
