focus groups all the time too you know I'm over the a thousand mark in my career because I've been

doing this for 40 years right and you know in the last five years not so much you know we've got a whole kind of team of people who do these now

But they were without a doubt I think my most favorite part of research, as you know, as you do them, to kind

of get a granular view of what people are thinking in their own words is really, really important for campaigns and for you know staff and candidates to see without a doubt.
