Okay, let's have another pop of this then. It's the Scrum Fight Podcast with Nicki Robinson and myself, Galtrie. So in and last week's pod was, well a beautiful analogy

for Welsh Shregby in 2020 because Nick and I kept the past five months, we finally got together and then the whole process the

whole beautiful process that was beautifully recorded in perfect

synchronicity harmony in the brand new sparkly new BBC building we're back actually in the old one now in

Sandoff and bear in mind just a word of warning there's a security alarm that keeps

popping up once in a while so if it does disrupt this recording just just ignore it

you'll hear it you'll hear it anyway we recorded Nick and it was lush it was lush

and then failed COVID tests it never got published and here we are back again.

But I'm not going to waste time anymore. Let's crack straight into the rugby, right?
