Thanks for joining. Today, we are reading Matthew 8 through 10, and it's a Wednesday, which means all over the city, students are gathering either in small groups or at Shoreline or high school ministry. And I am in the podcast studio with one of our Watermark high school students, Campbell Henke. Hi, so glad to be here. Campbell, it's good to have you. The last time you were here, you were a freshman. Yes. And now you're a senior. Senior. Wow. Time flies. And it's crazy that we've

been doing this podcast for this long. But for those who didn't hear you the last time you were on,

would you share a little bit about what God's done in your life and what you're up to today?

Yeah. I've grown up with two great Christian parents who have poured into me my entire life.

I've been at Watermark my whole life, but I definitely say that starting young, I found church

and reading my Bible to be very much like a chore and I wasn't really interested in it.

I definitely also struggled to find peace at a young age. I didn't like being away from my parents.

I struggled to fall asleep at night, but my parents were very encouraging and provided

scripture for me to help grow me out of that phase, and eventually I did, thank the Lord.

And then eventually going into sixth grade, I started going into Wake, and that's

definitely when I began to enjoy finding fellowship with other believers and reading my Bible

daily, which is a habit that I've continued to keep today. I joined a Watermark small group,

which I'm still in today, and I have great leaders.

And I have just continued to grow through Wake and through Shoreline, but definitely, I'd say, going into high school,

I struggled with people pleasing and pride and just worrying a lot about what others thought of me and just others' perceptions of me.

But I've definitely, through the help from my parents and

other leaders in my life, have helped me to grow out of that. Not perfectly, but I'm still

continuing to look to the Lord to find peace and find assurance, and I'm still growing in that

today. Praise God. You play sports? Yes, I play soccer.

Soccer. Okay, and where do you go to school? I go to Pierce.
