Thanks for joining. Today, we are reading Isaiah 15 through 20, and I am in the podcast studio with a faithful watermark member, Olivia Webb.

Hi. Olivia, thanks for coming in. For those who don't know you, would you share a little bit about what God's done in your life and then what you're up to today?

I'm a Dallas local, born and raised, in a family who went to church, loved the Lord. I was dying with type 1 diabetes in first grade, and that kind of started this struggle with peel pleasing and chasing approval.

I eventually went off to Baylor, Sycambears, and was studying nursing and just had a freak

accident where basically shattered my foot and had to come home from school. Just an absolute crazy injury.

Super isolating was back home. All my friends were still at school. And it was just emotionally in

pain, physically in pain. But I had a friend who was going to the porch. And so I asked her if I

had go one day. And that's when I was introduced to Watermark

and community. I met Sarah Creachie on my first night going to the Watermark College Ministry.

And we've been in community ever since. Walked through region, met my husband Jackson. And that

injury was a really, really dark place in my life, but out of it came beautiful things,

which I think is just a trend that the Lord just shows throughout the Bible, throughout

people's lives. So found community, found healing, really lit a fire in my relationship

with Christ just because of the watermark authenticity and really laid a

foundation for my relationship with Christ and now walking through infertility kind of really

showed that all of the hard, all of the ugly, it's never on its own. It's always paired with hope.

It's always a light at the end of the tunnel, as I like to say.

But really showed God's faithfulness through the hard seasons,

which I kind of think is what Isaiah really shows too.
