My colleague Laura Kusack and I thought this would be a great time to talk

through this incredible journey. I started listening to podcasts for my own benefit because my

listening comprehension is not that great. And so I started listening to podcast myself just

to help me be a better listener. And so while I was then reading research, thinking about

how we're trying to help teachers really translate research to practice, to understand like the voice,

like the voice of researchers.

And how does that get to a classroom teacher who's super, super busy all the time?
