I'm your host, Flora, and today's topic is going to be really interesting.

this one. I love you anyway. But today's episode, we are going to be talking about sex and

manifestation. And I have been asked to do this episode for probably since before this podcast

even launched a few weeks ago. And I've been kind of hesitant

of putting out this episode, but I'm actually really excited to talk about it. I got really

good feedback when we spoke about this on a couple of different TikTok videos that I made

previously about sex energy and manifestation. So we're going to dig really deep into this topic.

And I would really like to hear the feedback of my listeners on what your take on this is

because everyone's opinion is subjective.

This is going to be coming from my experience, education, from clients, and just doing a lot

of research on the topic.

So let's get into it. This topic really caught my attention about a year ago when I went to Dr. Joe Dispensas Meditation Retreat

out in Orlando and he, you know, he had all these different diagrams up on stage and something

that we learned about is within the root of the person,

right, where your root chakra is. This is where you hold and harvest and really create all this

intense sexual energy within the body and that you can actually transmute this energy.

Obviously, it's so powerful. It can create lives, right?

It's the portal between the spiritual realm and to the physical realm, because that's how women give

birth. Now, this energy is not just to, you know, birth humans. It's actually used for so much more.
