Welcome back, everyone, to your manifesting bestie podcast where we dive into all things mindset and manifestation.

I'm your host, Flora, and today we're going to take you on a quick little journey down a more holistic approach for manifestation.

This is something I've been wanting to cover for the last couple of weeks, just because it gets overlooked so often

in a manifestation, in reality creation, even in the spiritual community. And I think it's very

important for us to touch on because this actually is controlling such a large part of the

reality that we've all been creating subconsciously. So today, we are diving all into

regulating the nervous system and why this has such a huge effect on what we've been creating

subconsciously in the back of our minds without even being aware of how our reactions

and our actual emotions are creating the reality for us without us necessarily being aware of it.

And this can be seen when we are consistently reacting to things, consistently reacting to what's in our current 3D world.

Always being a reactor rather than a creator is what's really holding a lot of us back and feeling like we're stuck in a cycle, stuck in a loop within our own reality. And what this would look like is every

time you feel a certain emotion, every time a certain event pops up in your life, whether it has

to do with other people or within yourself or a certain trigger comes up, you are consistently reacting

to it in the same way because

the body keeps getting conditioned into this reaction on a loop. And when we're in this reactive mode,

we're not able to create any new scenarios. And you can see this a lot when people trigger you when

maybe you feel like you blow up on somebody, you get angry by little things, you're not able to really control

your emotions or regulate yourself. And I'm going to share with you on this episode and why this is so,

so crucial for us to get a hold of and some practices that you can start putting into your everyday,

you know, spiritual practice or your morning routine to really start regulating the entire nervous

system and mastering yourself.
