0:36.6 | concept of belief because it's such a misunderstood word. I've probably talked |

0:57.4 | The only way the nervous system has any idea whether or not to protect you is from your conscious and unconscious input. |

1:11.4 | something to be true and we place power in that belief, when that belief either leads us to look at life through the lens of love or through the lens of fear, it determines a tremendous difference in our outcomes. |

1:49.5 | podcast which is a journal speak and meditation practice is key. It's key because it is the best vehicle I have found in my many many years of practice and working with others to lower the emotional reservoir and stop the nervous system from being triggered into fight or flight. |
2:06.0 | Having said that, belief is so important that leg of the stool needs to be robust because until you believe that you are actually okay |
2:21.0 | that you really, really don't need to run to the next doctor or specialist or procedure or treatment or supplement. |
