everyone to know it. Because I'm just at the point where I'm going to out that.

I love that we have guests and we just started by outing our bullshit right away. Just

because, you know, why not? You got to stay on brand. I mean, that's the thing. And our

brand is shit. Yeah. No, it's not. It's just disorganized like our brains and our children.

It's real and raw and honest and cold. Sorry. That's what that's there you go. With that

being said, I love to introduce our guests this week. We have the amazing Shannon Kenny

Carbonell and Nester Carbonell. You guys might know Nester from the series Lost. Shannon

Kenny, she's also wrote an amazing book called All Is Not Lost. And we are so excited to

have them on the podcast today. It's always fun when we get, you know, couples, mom, dad,
