So I'm coming today because I wanted to bring you a best of and I was thoughtful about which one and I'm bringing you an excerpt from a podcast that aired originally about two and a half years ago entitled

we really walk a fine line between expressing ourselves

because we want to be authentic, and we want to be authentic and we want to let people know who we are and what we think and and

Authenticity versus attachment. We want to be accepted, we want to be welcomed into the tribe,

holidays as we begin this expanse of being with family, being with friends, being with people.

A lot going on in the world, a lot going on in each of our lives, total opinions being thrown left right and center, could be triggering, could be something that opens you up or shuts you down. You know, we're all having so many different experiences to open our minds to this debate,
