Summary

There is so much talk of generational trauma. I know this subject well, as my father was the child of Holocaust survivors, and he grew up in Europe hiding from the post war Nazi influence. But what of generational health? What of passing on healing to our children. Sounds good, right? Let's talk about it today. Let's talk about why we unknowingly pass on our pain and hurt, and how we can open ourselves to awareness and pass on a much different story. 0:31.0	It's been something that's been on my mind a lot for various reasons that I will talk about.
0:37.0	And I thought it would be good to bring it to the podcast as its own topic.
0:42.0	I think I've touched on it a bit in interviews and in my Instagram and in comments that I've made on my community.
0:50.0	It's definitely something that's really, really important.
0:55.0	So I'm going to talk about that today.
0:58.0	I want to tell you that this morning before I jumped on air, I had my monthly Q&A session with my membership community.
1:07.0	And it was fantastic.
1:10.0	So many people showed up, had incredible questions.
1:13.0	And these zooms are just so personal.
1:15.0	We just sit together and they asked their questions.
1:17.0	I answer them.
1:19.0	People are just smiling and nodding and writing in the chat and connecting with each other.
1:24.0	I noticed in the chat this morning, people in the UK were like, I'm here.
1:28.0	I'm here.
1:29.0	Like, let's, let's, let's friend each other on Facebook or let's exchange information.
1:32.0	So we're really building international community here, which is fantastic.
