Hello I hope that you're having a good week. I don't know when you're listening to this it could be Monday it could be Friday it could be in two years time but whatever time it is I hope that you're doing okay

I'm currently in my little office space it's Sunday morning at 9 a.m. I'm just about to force myself out of the house to do some exercise because I know it will make me happier as the day goes on if I've already done it and yeah that's sort of where I'm at

Work is starting to pick up a bit more for me at the moment,

which is lovely, so that feels very, very exciting.

But the BBC have recently put up my special that I did about three years ago now so it's a little while ago but I

still really like it it's their series live from the BBC so if you haven't seen my
