Hello I'm very excited that the podcast is back.

We've got a whole new series, some fantastic guests lined up and I'm very excited to share it all with you.

I hope that you're doing okay. I mean it's hard to believe when still in another state of lockdown when we started this podcast back in March last year and

we were in lockdown one. I definitely didn't think that when we were going into the third series,

we'd still be living in such an unusual way, but here we are, and I hope that you're coping with it okay.

I am still going on a lot of walks, a lot of walks. I might be bored of walking,

but I'm lucky to have some green space around me. I know that.

Thanks to everyone that's been in touch in the series break and at the end of the last

series it seemed that loads and loads of you really enjoy the show and I'm so delighted.

I'm so so delighted and I'm so proud of this of this little show and that people within the community

and our allies are enjoying it so much, so thank you.
