I've had a brilliant week because, as many of you know,

those of you certainly know who've been listening since Series 1.

Back in the first lockdown in May of 2020, Alice and I had to postpone our wedding.

And we were arming and hiring about what to do and we were deciding whether we wanted to do a big flashy wedding like the one that we had planned

And then we just realized what we really wanted was to be married to each other

So earlier this week or last week now when you're listening to this,

or it could be who knows when you're listening to this. But for me, just four days ago,

Alice and I went to a local registry office and tied the knot with just a couple of

friends and then had some champagne and then went out for a very fancy dinner and it was wonderful. So that's how my week's been. I always let you know what I've been up to and this week I've become a married woman. I've got a wife and I am just so happy. Just so happy and it feels like this is the kind of

podcast where I want to share that news because I feel like a younger version of me would have really liked to know that I had a happy ever after.

So maybe you want to hear that as well.
