I've learned this year that we need to get lost in order to be found. The obstacles in the path are the path. Our challenging parts of life (family, work, self-worth, relationships) are our sacred spiritual practices. Happily, all of this hard work also results in the cessation of chronic pain. What a joy it is for me to be on this trip with you. I love that I can use my own life as an example and a lesson - the best and most effective elements of a message are the most personal. I know what I live, and I can teach it best. Today we touch upon the lessons I've gleaned from 2022, and what I wish for you in 2023. We have so much to do together! 0:41.0	I feel that way about all of my years.
0:44.0	But as I come to you today, I come to you in a reflective place.

0:53.0	We're looking forward into 2023.
0:56.0	And that always makes me pensive about what has been, what is, and what could be.

1:13.0	was on October 18, 2018, the day before my oldest daughter's 16th birthday.
1:20.0	Quite a bit was different back then.
