So the first step that I usually encourage people to take is with their food simply, right?

So in nutritional therapy, we have the foundations and we have the consequences.

And so consequences are usually the things that we experience that like make us want to make the changes, right?

Like hormonal imbalance, stomach issues, allergies, like the things that externally cause

problems, but aren't the actual problem.

And then we have the foundations, which is going to be one is just simply the food you're

putting into your body.

And then the second most important one is going to be digestion.

So I, and gut health. They go hand in hand. So that's usually

where I start with most of my clients is, you know, you've heard you are what you eat. And that is

mostly true. But I would adjust it to be you are what you digest because you can be eating all

of the best things. But if your body isn't able to digest them and use them, then it's, I'm not going to say it's not going to matter because it does matter, but it's still going to be harder for you to achieve optimal health.
