host of Zone podcast we have with us today, Hank Smith. Thanks, thanks for being with us, Hank.

Absolutely. Love it, Kerry. I should say Dr. Hank Smith, I guess. But, well, why don't I tell everyone a little bit about you?

So, Dr. Smith, who I don't think I'll be able to keep saying, Dr. Smith, we just call each other by our names, it turns out. But did, has done a tremendous amount of studies actually you doubt it all over uh Utah I

believe so did some studies at Dixie State University and business administration

and Utah State uh no that was also business MBA right at Utah State and then

PhD and educational leadership especially on issues of trust and teaching and organizations, which has been a blessing to me.

And our college, he recently has been helping us with some wonderful things there as he's taught our entire college.

But that's stuff's the boring stuff.

The fun stuff is that Hank's just a fun guy.

And not a fun guy, but a it not a fun guy but a fun

person and uh... he uh... is father

uh... he's a just a gifted teacher

he has the author of lots of very popular books and the

co-creator co-host of

uh... that fantastic and i think the largest LDS podcast, the follow him.

But maybe the story, and he's heard me tell a story before, I'm sure he's tired of it.

But the story I'll tell about Hank is when my daughter, who was on her mission, now she gets home two weeks from today, by the way.

Wow.
