We launched it, we waited a period of time, we got reviews from the forms and stuff like that,

and sure enough, it looked okay, so we updated to it.

But after a couple weeks, we realized there was something wrong with it.

It ended up being kind of a little technical quirk in the platform, and to be able to determine

the timing of that technique took us just weeks in itself.

And we had to notify the main programmer who developed the software, and they didn't even know

what was happening. They took them weeks to be able to figure out why it was happening.

And in the process, we had a lot of disruption to our billing platform, which is probably

the scariest thing for any company.

Both of his parents were computer coders, so some of his earliest memories in life are watching his mother type on a keyboard as he fell asleep.

And you can't remember life without a gaming console of some sort.

When he was 12, he and his friends created their crew concept of we don't ever want to stop gaming.

They decided when they were in their early 20s that they wanted to build a business system that would allow them to game forever.

Seth is an avid rock climber, cycler.

He likes to visit breweries.

He likes to cook and network in local entrepreneur communities.

He spends a lot of time on a boat or the beach with his girlfriend, most recently doing some scalloping, which is a pretty rad date night.
