0:36.4	are, which is about freeing yourself from the chronic symptoms, conditions, pain, anxiety that are gripping you and coming to you as often as possible

1:25.7	reason this interview was particularly fun well for a couple reasons. First of
1:29.2	all Rachel Platin came into my life first through the stereo of my children's absolute love and
1:37.5	adoration when they were little. She has such a beautiful voice appeals so much to young girls and to all people, but my daughters were just so
1:48.0	infatuated with her music growing up. And so I knew of Rachel, we went to a couple of her concerts.
1:54.0	I'm not going to get into the whole magic of the story because it's so fun
1:58.0	listening to us unfolded together, but there was a little magic there
2:02.0	and then Rachel reached out to me and found me when she was at her lowest low with terrible chronic back pain.
