0:24.8	So today was kind of, I will say, an inspired episode from my membership community.
0:33.4	So as you guys well know, I have a membership community, Lisa, and I meet with them for an extensive
0:41.1	Zoom once a month where we take on new topics and we talk and we journal speak together and we
0:46.9	break out into groups and then we ask questions and I answer everything. It's amazing. And so we do that
0:52.1	once a month and then once a month I get on and just do a
0:54.6	chill Q&A. I hang out with everyone most of the time in my sweatpants and we spend time together.
1:02.4	But one thing we also do is every day we have a private community where people write questions
1:10.3	and I answer them and they all answer
1:12.5	each other and everybody weighs in.
1:15.4	And it's really, really supportive and wonderful in terms of building community and knowing
1:19.5	you're not alone.

1:32.7	am raising three children who are not really children anymore, 22, 20 and 16, almost 17.
