Welcome to the Strong Women podcast, and our guest today is Jeannie Mancini. She serves as the president of the March for Life Education and Defense Fund. Yes, they do more than just the march. So you're going to need to stay tuned to find out what else the March for Life organization does. She's been the president since 2012.

And through Jeannie's work, she works to restore a culture of life in the United States,

most notably through the March for Life in Washington, but she does other things, too,

that we're going to discover today. She likes to emphasize that the March for Life is now the

hugest annual human rights demonstration in the world, which, wow, Aaron and I got to go this year

with two of our daughters. It's huge. I mean, you can't even imagine until you're standing in the

middle and you can only see people as far as you can see.

It's amazing. Before Jeannie took this role, she's had a role in many different organizations,

including the Department of Health and Human Services. And also, she's worked with the Family

Research Council, where she focused on issues related to the dignity

of the human person, including abortion, women's health, and end-of-life issues, which I love

that that's tied in there because I think the pro-life movement, they're not recognized for

that end-of-life emphasis, but that's part of it, folks.
