Today, we're reading Psalm 135, but before we get there, we've got a quick announcement

surrounding the Training Day event on Saturday, December 7th, from 9 a.m. to noon.

If you haven't already heard, in

2025, join the journey. We'll be walking through the whole Bible cover to cover, and this

training day is designed to help you make the most of your first or 50th time reading through

the Bible. We'll have breakouts covering all sorts of topics like the stuff we skip, a breakout covering

the Law and Leviticus, or tackling the tough ones, a breakout teaching you how to tackle

interpretive challenges and introducing you to some of the first interpretive challenges we'll

encounter at the start of the year. There will be a breakout called Start Here, which is centered

around Bible study tools and encouragement for the newbie.

So if you've never read the Bible cover-to-cover, that one would be awesome for you.

And that's just a few of what we'll be covering.

Lord and reflecting on his goodness. A few years ago, I went to a woman's retreat, and at this retreat,

we did a reflection exercise, and the activity was simple.

You'd get a blank sheet of paper, and at the top, you'd describe where you presently were in life,

your job, responsibilities, your interests, passions, dreams, etc.
