So even though I haven't asked you all

to leave reviews for the show at all this season,

I recently looked in iTunes and I saw a bunch of new reviews that were really, really touching

and I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who took the time to do that.

And thank you also to those of you who have left comments on the blog posts or on Facebook or on

Twitter to say things. Podcasting is kind of a weird experience sometimes because I'm

basically just sitting in my living room talking to myself about whatever I

want to talk about and it's hard to tell if anyone is listening or is going to care about what I'm saying.

Your comments and reviews really encourage me to keep going with this podcast.

Believe it or not, it takes about three to five hours to produce a single 10 minute episode.

There's a ton of work behind the scenes, researching and planning the topics and schedule,

outlining the episodes, recording them, writing the blog post.

It's a lot, even with the help of my wonderful editor, Monica, and my podcast engineer,
