Hi, thanks for having me.

And we're just, like, pumping out episodes.

He's here visiting, and we're like, yeah.

Every time he comes, like the first night, we just like yak for hours catching up on each other's lives. And it's like, what are we going to podcast about? And we came up with a few ideas. And we had so many that we recorded that this is the second episode we're recording. And we wanted to kind of touch on a topic that both he and I are seeing in our industries. And so this episode is

going to be called Keep It Simple, Stress Free, and Back to Basics. And back to basics. Because as we were

kind of catching each other up on lives and business and whatnot, this topic of trauma around people's healing came

up and I keep seeing this over and over again and other people in their industries are seeing it.

There's just so much fearmongering in this industry of health and wellness and alternative health

and holistic health. And I'm going to be pretty bold when I say

this. It's traumatizing us globally. Like people in the health industry are confused and scared

and are making decisions from a place of fear and potential trauma. And to the extent where this is

like keeping them up at night and like they feel

like they are injuring their families. Like they literally are like, did I cause damage to my child's

lungs because they were exposed to something, you know? So that's what we want to talk about today.
