I have my co-host, Gina Warful with me, and we have a special guest today, Dr. Meg Mill,

who is a headache and migraine specialist.

And so I probably get like five questions through DMs and emails a week about my child is getting headaches and migraines.

I have headaches and migraines.

What do you recommend?

And this is kind of like a great area because there's not a lot of good information out there.

So we are really, really lucky to have Dr. Meg on here.

Dr. Meg, welcome. We're so excited to have you.

Can you tell us a little bit about your story and like how you got into this field?

Hi. Thank you for having me. Yes, absolutely. So I noticed the same thing that you did. I'm a functional

medicine practitioner and I have a virtual practice where I'm seeing patients with all different conditions.

And something I noticed that was a common thread with people that were coming to me were whether they were coming to me with headaches and migraines specifically as their chief complaint or whether they were coming for something else, we really dig into their

whole health history.

And when we were doing that, particularly women, it's so common to have people that are

just regularly suffering from headaches and migraines.

And we sort of normalize it in conventional medicine.

People think, like, oh, that's just my genetics.
