I don't have my co-host with me, Gina Warfield,

but I do have a really special guest here today. Greg Selveson, he is a psychologist. I'm

going to have him introduce himself soon, but he's a psychologist from Australia. He's just

immigrated to the United States. And as most of you know, this platform, the Gutsi Health platform,

like we are so science-based and we love research and we are moving into this mindset,

getting your mind right, healing your traumas, healing, healing your brain to help heal your body.

And I've shared a little bit of my own experience of losing Tristan and how that's caused

a lot of emotional distress and like watching him go through his journey.

I've kind of shared that and how that's caused a lot of PTSD for me.

And so part of my gutsy health mission is to spread the word of, you know,

mental healing because mental healing is just as important, if not more important than the

physical, because I always say that the brain is like the thermostat to the rest of the body.

If the thermostat in your house is broken, then your house is too hot or too

cold. And so if your brain isn't working for you, it's working against you. And it works
