the launch of a campaign we call do It Now. I've been doing this 28 years now and a couple of times in my career I've seen us really hit a note of what exactly the market needed, how exactly we could serve, the people we serve, and

something just took off like a rocket. And the Do It Now campaign is doing that.

Our members are invigorated, their customers are totally

intrigued by the resources they're sending them, and we also have our phones and

website have been lit up by people going, hey, I need to be in board with this.

So I want to do something today, which is I want to help people get their year off to a great start with their business.

And we know market conditions, we've seen what's gone on with interest rates

and inflation and as I mentioned in the bold predictions episode in the real estate business,

which is a great indicator of all services, real estate, then you get into mortgage, then you get into insurance, the car business, a lot of services were really hit hard in 2023.

In the real estate business, to give you an example,

we've had the lowest number of homes sold since 1993.

And the reason it's even more extraordinary than that is that in 1993

there was only 260 million people living in the states and now there's 340

million so to have the lowest number of transactions in 30 years with 80 million more people living in the country,

it's really been extreme how the market kind of stalled.
