And I'm going to share insights I learned from mentors and teachers that hugely impacted

me and changed my life and performance.

And so it's only fitting that the first guy up today is going to be what I learned from

Lou Holtz, the legendary football coach.

He was 34 years in the coaching business, obviously from 1986 to 96 is when he was the

coach of the fight in Irish when I identified with him the most.

He wrote a fabulous book called Winds, Losses and Lessons.

And in it, he details the six programs he took over.

He took over six losing football teams.

And within two years took every single one of those programs to a ballgame.

He had a formula.

He had practices and he applied those to be a winner consistently and everywhere he went.
