0:00.0	It's interesting now working with a lot of people who have been through trauma.
0:03.2	They are all on that journey and it is a journey.
0:05.6	There's ups and downs and you move back a step and move forward a step.
0:08.4	But there doesn't seem to be many middle ground people.
0:10.7	Like either it breaks you or it ends up making you.
0:15.9	It's post-traumatic stress or post-traumatic growth.
0:18.7	And that suggests that there is kind of a decisive
0:21.7	decision that people make to go right or left. Not, okay, I'm just going to sit in the middle here
0:26.7	and kind of keep coasting. Ed and Lois Jackson are my next guests on conversations
