0:11.5	I can only describe as one of the most transformational, exciting, terrifying and a rollercoaster

0:31.0	that I have learned so much from my guests who've joined me on conversations of inspiration.
0:43.0	And I have spent the past 210 episodes soaking up all the generous wisdom, life lessons and insights that our guests have been brave and vulnerable enough to share.
0:56.2	In the past year, though, the podcast has played an even bigger role in my life, I have to say, it's been a constant source of reassurance and a moment of grounding and a safe space for me to take a moment and absorb the world beyond my own. And 2024 has personally been a huge year of growth for me.
