This is Colin Miller and I'm joined this week by two very special guests.

First, we have Kay Levine, a professor of law at Emory Law School.

She teaches and writes in the fields of criminal law and procedure

and has a particular interest in prosecutor decision-making.

Before becoming a law professor, she worked as a staff attorney for a federal judge in Honolulu and practiced criminal law in California as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney.
