actually good shame yeah I would say I'm feeling broadly positive how about you good I kind of had a bit of meltdown about sort of being

annoyed about social media but I think I'm over that now. Okay. I had a

conversation with my friend and it really struck me because I we were talking about deleting

Twitter and I said well you know I Twitter is really useful for something is really useful for

information it's really useful for passing on information for sharing information well

especially if you're a performer of some kind yeah or if you're a company or if you're a performer of some kind. Yeah, or if you're a company or if you're anything.

So in a sense, Twitter is, and this is a quite,

this is a quite cynical take, but Twitter is useful if you've got something to sell.
