spend a few minutes with you every day walking through the Bible chronologically.

Together, we will explore God's sovereign plan as the events of scripture unfold and point to Jesus.

Hey friends, welcome back to the podcast and our journey from Eden to eternity.

Tiffany here and today we continue our time in the book of

revelation. Yesterday we talked about six of the seven seals on the scroll that

only Jesus our slaughtered lamb was able to open.

We ended with Chapter 7, which was a brief reprieve from the judgment when the multitudes in

heaven from every tribe, nation, people, and language worshipped the Lord.

Today, that brief, brief ends as we study the seventh seal and the seven trumpets of judgment found within.

Though chapters 8 through 11 are hard, believers can be thankful.

This isn't our end.

And hopefully hopefully this description of God's judgment helps

non-believers turn to the Lord not just to avoid his wrath but to experience his presence eternally.

We share the gospel with urgency because we don't know the day or the hour when God's

judgment will come.

Chapter 8 begins with the seventh seal opened by the Lamb.

When this happens, there is silence in heaven for a time.

Then the seven angels around the throne

are each given a trumpet.
