But we've made it to the final book in our year-long chronological study.

What an exciting journey this has been!

And it is such a fitting way for us to complete this year as we anticipate Christ's return by studying the book of Revelation.

Revelation is a book that fills us with hope on one hand and many questions and or fears on the other.

But revelation isn't meant to be fearful for believers.

Revelation is a book of hope for those who wait for Christ's return.

John even says in Revelation 1.3,

Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy,

and blessed are those who hear the words of this

prophecy and keep what is written in it because the time is near.

Revelation is a blessing, and we celebrate all that God revealed to John about the coming age.

There are a lot of debates between scholars over the various events and when they will occur in the Book of

of Revelation. But as we study, we want to hold these loosely and focus on the fact that no matter when these events occur, Jesus is the victor.

Jesus will fulfill and complete each and every promise we've studied on this journey.

Jesus will be the one to bring us home
