0:47.9	Yesterday, we ended with the seven remaining tribes gathered around the Tabernacle in
0:53.0	Shiloh.
0:54.5	Benjamin received the first lot and Joshua gave them the boundaries of their inheritance.
1:00.1	Today, we pick right back up with the land allotment for the tribe of Simeon.
1:05.1	What makes this tribe unique is that they are not actually given boundaries.
1:09.8	They are given a list of cities because their land allotment is in the southern portion
1:15.3	of Judah's territory.
1:17.5	They were surrounded by the tribe of Judah and over time, they would be completely absorbed.
1:23.8	We might be tempted to wonder why, but we were given the reason back in Genesis chapter 49
1:30.6	and Deuteronomy 33.
