the Bible chronologically.

Together, we will explore God's sovereign plan as the events of Scripture unfold and

point to Jesus.

Welcome back to the podcast.

Tiffany here and after today, we have just two more days in the book of Isaiah.

We've covered a lot of ground in this book and read a lot of prophecies.

These prophecies have been sobering as we read about coming judgment on Judah.

But they have also been hopeful as we celebrate God's unchanging, glorious character and

rejoice in Christ's sacrifice and joyfully anticipate eternal life.

And today, we will once again be reminded of our great redeemer and God's gracious plan

to save us.

Because we've covered so much ground, I want to quickly remind us where we are chronologically.

Back in 2nd Kings, chapters 19 and 20 and Isaiah 37 through 39, we read about a series

of attempted invasion of Judah, God's victory on their behalf, and Hezekiah's prayers,

illness and folly.

Isaiah continues his prophecies, they are in the twilight years of Hezekiah's life.

Once we complete Isaiah, we will learn more about the kings that reigned after Hezekiah.

And lastly, don't forget the overarching theme of Isaiah.
