Chapter 32 highlights the contrast between a righteous king and a wicked king.

We don't know who this particular king is, but it's someone who rules righteously

and provides shelter for his people.

The same cannot be said for the wicked kings of the earth.

These first eight verses give us a glimpse of what a society governed by someone who
