Listen, it's been a week over here at the Jason Lee podcast. L.A. is still on fire today. Just so we're clear, L.A. is on fire now. I can tell you, having driven down the streets, I don't see doom and gloom as we do on social media. Social media does make you think the entire city and county of Los Angeles on fire. It is not. Shout to Mayor Karen Bass and the fire chief that are doing

a great job, the best that they can do under the circumstances because some of the fires have been

100% contained. Our studio is still standing there for Marina and Robb still have a job and I still

have something to do. All right. So look, today is going to be a show where we get into a bunch of

wide ranging topics. And I'm bringing my therapist, Elliot Connie, here, who has a new book.

And we're going to go ahead and give him permission to just bypass all the hippilaza

get straight into my head and share with you all the things that God actually put in my mind

to help you have a better day.

And I did a good deed the other day that I feel very proud about.

Some people think that I just have this cold, decrepit heart.

Rob had a dog, and his dog's name was Demi, and the dog was a boxer that he loved.

Had the dog for 13 years.

10, yes.

10 years.

That's a long time.

The dog passed away.
