I'm excited you're here because God damn it. I love having you in this community. And I have a friend here on the podcast who also just so happens to be a fitness genius guru, all the things. But I think the best part about her we were sitting here and we're talking about this episode and we're like, what do people want to get out of this? Sid has a story. I just gave way who it is.

know or understand. She's this bubbly, incredible personality on the outside, fun, always gives

good vibes to everybody. Most giving, one of the most giving people I know, honestly, hands down in my life.

And she has had to go through a lot. And she's able to sit here

in front of us with her life in order and like getting goals done, like bodybuilding and being a fitness

instructor and trainer and like helping people improve their lives and doing all these things.

But what's on the other side of that, what she had to overcome shows that you can get through

some shit and have a beautiful, incredible life. It just takes some resilience and it takes

some energy and mindset shifts to get there. So I'm not going to give away her whole story.
