Hello everybody and welcome back to this Friday follow up episode of Truth and Justice.

I'm your host Bob Ruff and I'm your co-host Mike Bussing and this is follow up 249,

deceived by omission. Right Bob and before we get into that let's let everybody know what our

plans are for next weeks follow up. Right so as I think we've mentioned before this Sunday Mike and I

are heading to Texas. We have a lot of work to do kind of all over the state next week. We've got some

very important things we're tracking down in ed's case and we're also beginning our investigation into our next case

while we're there. So since we're not going to be in the studio next week where we can't take phone calls

next week we're going to record a live follow up episode. That's right we're having a fan meetup

next Wednesday for anybody around the Dallas area or that's willing to drive to the Dallas area.

Wednesday night the 18th at 7.30 pm local time and I believe that's central time we're going to be

meeting at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Cedar Hill, Texas and for those of you that don't know Cedar Hill

is a suburb of Dallas. So this will be a standard fan meetup we'll all get together we'll sit around

and chat or we're also going to get the microphones up and do kind of a town hall meeting type forum

where you guys can ask questions right there on the spot for the Friday follow up episode for next week.

Yeah I think it's going to be great I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you.

All right so with that being said we're going to get right into this week's episode of the Friday Follow-up.

Okay so typically what we like to do for the follow-up episodes is record the calls and then after

that once we figure out what topics we cover in that segment we'll go back and record segment one

which is the social media stuff. Right so we actually record these out of order that's why a lot of

times during the calls you hear us referencing something we're going to talk about in segment one

that's because we have a plan but we haven't actually recorded that yet. So this week we had some
